The value of Freedom in Ayiti 2030

In Ayiti 2030, the fundamental freedoms to live happily and prosper are recognized to every Ayisyan citizen. Freedom to have a fulfilling and inviolable private and family life. Freedom to have the right to prosper, to undertake, rights of expression, thought, investigation, conscience and religion.

Freedom thus defined establishes that Ayiti 2030 is a nation-state in which freedom is the queen value, universal and ubiquitous. It implies that in our nation, only what is not authorized is prohibited ( Freedom – inherent freedom ). And not that only what is not prohibited is permitted (Liberty – granted freedom).
