The people of 2030 will live in a just and united society, finally reconciled with itself, its culture and its heritage.
Ayiti, in 2030, is a society finally reconciled with itself. The paradigms of social privilege, class struggles and discrimination of all kinds have been eliminated. Freedom finally acquired and equality of opportunity finally achieved, the citizen no longer considers himself superior or inferior to anyone. The Ayisyans of 2030 no longer consider their compatriots as ontological threats, but as daughters and sons of the same motherland. The distinctive features of the new Ayisyan civility include solidarity, mutual aid, respect, reliability, honesty and collaboration in empathy and brotherhood.
The ideological foundations of the new social contract in Ayiti 2030 are as follows;

- Eliminating ancestral paradigms of dynastic social privilege, exclusion, marginalization, dehumanization and social discrimination
- Redefinition of the cohesion pact of Ayisyan society thanks to the National Heritage Package for All – The PNHT.
- Establish the necessary solidarity-based social security and welfare systems.
- To create a new model of proud, responsible, committed and productive Ayisyan citizen.
